　　What are your hours?

営業時間は午前7時〜午後6時です。
詳細は「SHOP」ページからご確認ください。午後6時以降、またはナイター後のご返却につきましては事前のご連絡をお願いいたします。

We are open during 7:00AM to 6:00PM.
Please check “SHOP” page for more details. Please let us know if you would like to return your items after 6PM or after night skiing.

予約はどこからできますか？

ご予約はお電話、”ご予約フォーム”、”お問い合わせフォーム”より承っております。

Please make a reservation by CALL, “Reservation Form” or “Contact Form“.

電子マネーは使えますか？
　　Can I pay with e-money?

手ぶらでも大丈夫？
　　Can I go empty-handed?

手ぶらでもOKです！スキー、スノーボードはもちろんウェアや各種小物も必要な物は全てレンタル可能です。

Sure! You can rent and pick up all of what you need for skiing or snowboarding including gears and accessories!

”セット”の内容は？
　　What items are included in “Set”?

スキーセットにはスキー・ブーツ・ポール
スノーボードセットにはスノーボード・ブーツ・バインディング
が含まれます。

Ski Set includes Skis, Boots and poles.
Snowboard Set includes Snowboard, Boots and Bindings.

板、又はブーツのみのレンタルは可能？
　　Can I rent only skis/snowboards or boots?

はい！スキー／スノーボードの板のみ、又はブーツのみのレンタルも可能です。詳しくは”PRICE”ページをご覧ください。

レンタルできる商品のサイズは？
　　What sizes do you have for rental items?

各商品のレンタル可能なサイズは下記の通りです。
スキー板…60〜190cm　スキーブーツ…14.4〜34cm
スノーボード板…80〜165cm　スノーボードブーツ…15.5〜34cm

Available sizes of each rental item are as follows;
Skis…60-190cm　Ski Boots…14.4-34cm
Snowboard…80-167cm　Snowboard Boots…15.5-34cm

レンタル商品のサイズ変更はできますか?

はい！レンタル期間中は無料で何度でもサイズ変更をしていただけます。

Yes! You can try and pick up different sizes of items anytime for free. Please find your best size!

予約後のサイズ変更はできますか？
　　Can I change sizes after making a reservation?

はい！ご来店いただいた際にフィッティングを行いますので、快適なサイズの商品をレンタルしていただけます。また、レンタル期間中はいつでもサイズ変更が可能です。
